Welcome to Good Dog, BRAD Dog!

Thank you for considering Good Dog, BRAD Dog for your dog-training needs. By providing your pet with my guidance, you will be taking the first crucial step towards enabling them to become the pet that they have the potential to be. I have one golden rule that I cannot stress enough to my clients - When a pet undergoes training, so does the owner!

I will provide you with the knowledge necessary to reach the goals you have set for your pet. I will demonstrate the skills and techniques that are needed to achieve optimal success for your particular case, but ultimately, the chance for success will depend on you. In order for the training to remain successful, you must be committed to remaining consistent in the training received by you and your pet, even after you feel my services are complete.

Training a dog is very similar to teaching a child; it takes patience, determination, and consistency. It is important for a trainer to establish a relationship with a dog that is based on trust and respect. Because each dog is different, and will have their own personality – as would any child – the amount of time needed to establish trust and respect may differ with each individual dog. Because of this, it is not possible to predict a time frame for success with each pet. Due to this fact, my sessions are booked one at a time, rather than obligating my clients to commit to package deals, like other trainers do. When you feel we have reached your goals for your pet, you will decide to conclude my services.

With the exception of aggression cases, each session lasts for one hour. Aggression cases are given 90 minutes each. Although you may have several issues with your pet that you would like to tackle at the very beginning, it is important that we do not overwhelm your pet. Each issue you may have WILL be addressed, but it is important that you understand that we must address each issue one step at a time. I encourage you to speak up and ask me any questions you may have regarding my services.
